The Schoenherr Journal, published in Czech twice a year by Schoenherr's Prague office, examines the most recent and important legal developments in the Czech Republic.
In the current issue, the following legal updates are examined:
- the EU directive on trade secrets [the Directive (EU) 2016/943 "on the protection of undisclosed know-how and business information (trade secrets) against their unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure"] and its implementation in the Czech Republic;
- selected major impacts of the amendment to the Czech Anti-Money Laundering Act (implementing AMLD 4), namely disclosure of information on beneficial ownership and risk assessment policies;
