Schoenherr advises SportAI on acquisition of Padelytics

Moravčević Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr advised SportAI, an AI-powered sports technology company, on the acquisition of Padelytics, a racket sports analytics platform. The transaction marks a significant step in the consolidation of the AI-powered sports technology sector.

SportAI develops AI-driven solutions for sports performance analysis, video insights and athlete engagement across multiple sports disciplines. 

Padelytics specialises in AI-powered video analysis and performance tracking for padel, providing players and coaches with real-time match insights and data-driven tools to improve their game.

The Schoenherr team was led by Igor Živkovski (Partner) and further included Miloš Rubežić (Attorney at Law).
